What to Expect at the Event

8:00am-10:00am: 

Poster presentations as well as students presenting with flyers/brochures or other print media arrive to set up their materials

Session A Presentations from 10:30-11:45am: 

Student presenters arrive by 10:25am
Stand by your presentation materials, talk with event attendees, and answer questions

Session B Presentations from 12:00-1:15pm: 

Student presenters arrive by 11:55am
Stand by your presentation materials, talk with event attendees, and answer questions

Session C Presentations from 1:30-2:45pm: 

Student presenters arrive by 1:25pm
Stand by your presentation materials, talk with event attendees, and answer questions

3:00-4:00pm:

Student presenting with posters, flyers, brochures or other print media return to collect their materials
